This is for those children who cant speak for themselves.

I find the laws of this country not lawful at all. The law uses no common sense, when it comes to people they provide no real protection for you or them. I will give you an example. I knew of the little black boy who was just maybe two years old. He had scars all up and down his body. When, I asked, his foster mother," what happened, she explained, "that his mother placed him in a pan of boiling water trying to make him white, by burning his color off". "I was appalled" This childs mother in the meantime was pregnant again with another baby and," the state allowed her to keep this newborn" even after,"she tried to boil her other child! To make a long story short, this woman did the same thing to her new baby, "put her in a pan of boiling water and scarred this little girl for life! I feel that the state should of not allowed this women to be around any infants or toddlers they should of taken this little baby away from the mother immediately. That is of course, "If the laws were really for protection! The laws," should be changed "and, this is a story that shows the law needs to be changed. The law allows others, to harm you, before action is taken, even when the other person has already committed the same crime against someone else ,or is a criminal ! "The law spares no children or adults", The law is false protection. The law is about money and provides no real solution," Only aggravation and headache!

Looking for credit repair? Do it yourself

When using a credit repair company, the credit repair is minor. Unless, you have paid the creditor and/or they are reporting wrong to the credit bureaus, its really not worth paying the credit repair company. Its better to hire an attorney who, specializes in credit repair because, he or she knows what to look for according to the credit reporting act, "The law. It seems like its hard to do but, you can dispute your credit yourself. Request your free yearly credit report by phone from all three bureaus at: 877.322,8228 because you need to dispute with all three bureaus, and match up, to make sure they all have correct info. Each report, will report something different. What you need to know: First, on your credit reports, Transunion, Experian, Equifax, they do not necessarily report the," date of delinquency" but they will usually report the date the creditor assumed the debt. You collections can only remain on your report for seven years from," the first date of delinquency", but if you made a payment after that date, your," date of delinqency "will start 30 days from your last payment. If a original creditor has sold the debt to a collection agency they need to report," Sold, and ,A zero balance. "Opting out", If you gave a creditor, mortgage company, insurance company, ect permission to check or , "inquire" about your credit, and you dont want them to keep inquiring about it, you need to write a letter to all three bureaus to,"Opt out" of those or any creditors, checking your report, otherwise they can keep checking your report until then. Remove old addresses, these can bring down your score. The creditors only need the last two or three addresses or last two or three years of addresses. So if you are showing more than that request to have them erased from your report. If you owe alot of money and are having trouble keeping ontop or paying them, the best thing to do is either consolidate most of your credit, (debt consolidation) you will not be able to use these cards again, until you pay your debt off, or file bankrupcty. You can keep a few credit lines open when filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy, to establish credit while the banktruptcy is going on and showing on your report, at least I have seen this with others whom I have done a mortgage for! You will, or should speak with an attorney, to get some information on your case, but you can file yourself. The laws and statutes are also online at myflorida.com for Florida residents, if you are in another state look online for you state goverment websites.

IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT SUING READ THIS!

In 1997, I bought a motorcycle that I ended up having a minor accident that caused some external damage, but the bike was brand new so I took it to this body shop owned by a guy who came recommeded by some co workers. To make a long story short, my insurance company went out to the body shop to approve this shop to fix my bike. It was approved. After a while of being in the shop, the owner then gave me a run around about my bike not yet being fixed, I gave him some time to get things together since, I lived up north and it was almost winter time. Well, the owner was in some trouble that I didnt know about, and disappeared with my bike. I went to the police department to file a report, the police officer said I am sorry we cant help you because you gave permission for this body shop to fix your bike so now it becomes a civil suit. I was boggled, this guy stole my bike, yes I gave permission to fix my bike, "not to steal it". I filed suit as soon as possible, and went to court but, it didnt matter, because the shop owner didn't show, and I got my judgement for $10,000 + interest. Only one problem we couldnt get any personal information on the shop owner, so we couldnt find him to get the monies. City Hall wouldn't give out any info on the shop owner, and said, they dont even need a social security number for application for a business name. To make a long story short I never recieved any monies for this judgement. So much for the law!!!

Renters, what you need to know!!!

I have many stories to tell, I thought of this one tonight as I was talking to a friend about hiring and attorney for credit repair. About seven years ago, I was ending my lease and had a dispute with one of the managers in the front office of the apartment complex I was moving from. After I moved out I recieved a bill for damage done to the apartment over $1000. Well the damage was for normal wear and tear. Normal wear and Tear cannot be charged to the renter. The girl in the office was trying to be a bitch to me and thought she was funny by trying to keep my desposit, which ironically was only $200. I think this is funny because this is probably the least I have every paid for a deposit on a rental in Florida. This apartment complex was considered a 10 property, which is the best. I had to hire a lawyer, for $300 to dispute this action, which he did do, by calling the collection agency and saying," if they put this on my credit report we will sue them". The collection agency responded by letter that they were dropping the action against me. I took the letter to the office of the apartment complex to try to get my deposit back and the manger in the office told me I still owed them that money. I spoke with my attorney and he told me the only way to get my money back was to take them to small claims court. At the time this was not an option for me, I was too busy and distracted to fight for the $200 which I would have had to pay $225 to file in court and then who knows how long it would be before I get a pretrial and or go to trial from there. What I can say, that I know today, that I didnt know at this time, is that the court has a payment plan! It takes about five minutes to fill out the paper work, your approved in like two minutes because there is no verification. Then you tell the courts how much you want to pay every month. Tip: When filling out the paper work show them you have or make very little money they dont need to know how much you have!

FIGHT YOUR BILLS TAKE THE TIME TO ARGUE!

I know its no fun, but just because you get a insane bill in the mail doesnt mean you can't dispute it. Most of the bills you get are profit driven and can be negotiated, like your phone, internet, cable, credit cards, ect. Most mortgage companies will work with you if your having trouble making your payment so refinancing isnt always the solutiton call your mortgage company first. I have been overcharged by the cell phone companies disputed credit cards, fax phone and intertnet. I usually always succeed in getting my bill reduced or a free month or months ect. One time when I disputed my cell phone bill I got a double rebate of $50. When you get rebates make sure you thouroughly read the rebate instructions before throwing away any boxes or papers to the product you purchase because if you throw away some silly sticker or paper it could slow down the rebate process or prevent you from getting your rebate at all and make copies of the items sent to get your rebate. These companies will try to keep your monies. Most importantly Dipute your property taxes, every year, to find out how look on the internet. Your not just throwing money to the wind, know where its going and you will be less likely to pay out through your nose.

WILD ANIMAL RESCUE FOR BROWARD COUNTY

Today, I found a wounded pigeon, going for a walk with my son. The bird was very friendly, I believe it was a female, but I could be wrong. I found her almost immediately as I walked out the door. It seemed like she fell out of a tree right in front of me like she knew I was to rescue her. I called the humane society and they gave me the number to the ASPCA, who then gave me a drop off point, a place that will take in the animal for the ASPCA near by where you live. This was kinda of neat! I wonder what kind of training the person, I dropped off the bird to, had. I asked the women if she had worked in a animal hospital and the women replied," no. She said she cleans the animal up if it has any wounds until someone comes to pick it up. I have always been an animal lover so this makes me feel wonderful! I am very happy for the bird, it should be released back into the wild very soon as good as new.

THE SIMPSONS MOVIE

Have you seen the Simpsons movie? Well I havent, but I have heard about it from others who have taken their children to see the movie. Some of them where shocked because of the unessaray nudity (showing of Barts penis) while riding a skateboard. I am not afraid of nudity in movies, but I do think that Bart probably looks better without a penis! I have been aware of some other," kids movies" lately with either," profanity or nudity". I wonder why these movies are including this to the script I dont think it to be necessary, The Simpsons especially because they are a phenomenon already so why change the image?

The webster dictionary and the law

How is it that the definitions we learn in school from the webster dictionary are either different, contradictory, or mean something else, than the state and federal law definitons or statutues? How are we as US citizens suppose to know or follow laws we are not taught, the only thing we are taught is between right and wrong. Unfortunately the law doesnt know right from wrong it only knows the law. FACT did you know that in some states oral sex is illegal? in some states the doggy position is illegal. How is it that we have different laws in different counties, and states? That can really confuse people. There should be no laws on positons of sex, there should be laws on," if you commit murder, or rape you pay the time or price. That should be law!!! Not pay the price depending on if you did the crime the right way or wrong way.

A FUNNY STORY

My dad paid an account to a creditor in full and recieved an," account paid in full letter. A month or two went by and he started getting letters in the mail from this lender saying he owed five cents, a nickle. He must of recieved thirty letters from this lender saying he owed a nickle. Finally my dad was fed up with those letters and took his paid in full letter to the creditor to show he had paid all his monies in full. I find this very funny because the stamp alone for each letter sent to collect the nickle, cost at least three times the nickle or more. What kind of wasteful people would do this? Who would send a letter in the mail for a nickle? The funniest part was that it was an error on the creditors part.

CRIMINALS AND THE FBI, POLICE AND GOVERMENT

I have a question, how come the police, FBI, and the government cant find scammers, criminals, pedifiles, missing children, Bin Laden, ect. and the news reporters can? It seem that the government agencies dont follow through with making sure criminals are procecuted. Actually the government agencies usually leave it up to the criminials once prosecuted to be responsible for making sure they dont violate probation and if they do violate probation, the government just expects that these people will screw up again and get caught. It usally takes a directly involved individual to get justice. Our justice system is set up for criminals to get away with murder, rape, and abuse of process. I am very curious about this since our government is suppose to be for our SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE! Well for all you skeptics, 'Thank Goodness for TV, at least its good for something!!

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF OUR GOVERNMENT

FACT: The CIA has a license to kill, even if they kill an innocent person they will not be prosectuted.

FACT: The government has the right to lie to you in order to calm a panic! Example: stock market falling, ecomony falling, ect.

FACT: A congress man is highly protected by the government. From jail, lawsuits, ect.

FACT: Bush said, and I quote, "IF YOUR NOT WITH ME, YOUR AGAINST ME"!

DID YOU SEE THE STOCK MARKET TODAY?

Well if you involved in the stock market, in any way or know someone who is, you knew these days where coming! Today, the stock market fell 310 points, at its lowest it was down 450. "Beware of big jumps in the stock market", my daddy would say! "Whether it be up or down". They tell us its due to divorce, medical bills, unemployment. The fact is that people are borrowing and spending more that they are making. This behavior is causing great debt amongst even the people whom seem to have," the dream job". The middle class people are more and more becoming the poor. I am in the mortgage business and I find it interesting that the programs available to borrowers are outrageous, the interest rates are outrageous and the most damaging program available, "the Negative Amortization loan or to most people," the 1% loan, or min payment loan, gives hope to people to live beyond their means, to buy that dream house. These loans put people in a bad situation and I dont know who couldnt see this a mile away. Alot of people have this loan program! There should be programs customized for different incomes of people, and interest rates low enough, so that everyone can buy a home, (primary residence) for themselves "around 3% max, fixed rate at the most. The whole mortgage rate thing is a legal scheme to scam people out of their dreams and take away something that has sentimental value, kinda like the credit card scheme, except this one litterally puts people and their children out on the streets. I understand these ideas give people the opportunity to live a certain kinda of fantasy life for a very short period, but reality is soon to come and bite them hard and this scheme is going to be the biggest bite yet and the market is soon to follow! Please feel free to comment!!!

Baby entertainment,

When I brought my son home from the hospital, as soon I as I can remember, he wanted to jump. He jumped so much. I would call him,"My little jumping bean". As soon as I felt his neck was strong enough, I went out to the store and bought him," the Jumperoo, from fisherprice, the one that sits on the floor, "he loved it". I would put my son in the Jumperoo, in the morning after breakfast in front of the tv and it would entertain him for hours. I also bought an entertainer and a walker for my son and when he outgrew these I put them all up for sale! I was overwhelmed by the response that I got for the Jumperoo, there must of been alot of jumping babies born recently! The Jumperoo was good baby item. I like that the baby was in control and that he could use the body parts he was ready to use. Do you have a favorite baby entertainer? You can find the jumperoo in the Baby, Baby, Baby link.

SIMPLE CHICKEN

Just some cooking tips from a new mom. After the birth of my son, I have been making dinner at home again. I love to eat chicken and want to share some easy and delicious ways to cook it up. Preparing it comes down to either baking, frying, grilling or boiling. When I bake chicken I find it easiest to bake quarter chicken with some breast bone, fat down, salted, peppered and butter on the top. I bake them in a glass cake pan for 40 min. at 450 degrees. This makes for some, " juicy chicken" that you can take off the bone and add to pasta, soup or salad. I throw the extra chicken right from the refrigerater to the microwave for lunch. I also have found that the Italian breading from, "Vigo" is very good if you like fried chicken with a Italian twist. I have a Foreman grill, that I love to cook with, I buy Frozen chicken breasts and take them right from the freezer to the Forman grill and they turn out purfect, not only is it convienent its fast and economical. Keep it simple. Let me know about your simple way to prepare chicken.

Thinking of becoming a foster parent!

Foster care, is it for you? Being a foster child many years ago has allowed me to comment on this situation from the other side. As a 10 yr old child going into another home to live, "for me" to feel comfortable, in the new foster home, was the best thing a foster home or parent could provide. You as the foster child, do not know how long you will be in the home. If your thinking about being a Foster parent, just keep in mind these are children we are talking about and I am not sure how much the state pays you to take in children but if you are applying just for the money I suggest you find another carreer. Your job as a foster parent is to provide a temporary home and monitor the child or children until a stable situation arises for them. If you are someone that gets emotionally attached to easily then being a foster parent may not be the right job for you. If you like children, have an open mind, and have alot of patience; you may want to consider being a foster parent. If you are a stay at home mother or dad this is a great quality for a foster parent. Do you have qualities, skills, hobbies, you would like to share with someone? If so,this is also a great quality for a foster parent. As an example, I was lucky to get the foster parents I did as they opened me up to new ideas and ways of life, like making my own clothes, horseback riding, and building airplanes. I know today what it takes to live with other children, whom I was not related, and get along, and also to live with those children with special needs. All those experiences thrilled, challenged and enlightened me and are part of who I am today! You as a foster parent provide a new way of life, a stable environment, and an outlet, for the time being, no matter how long, at your home for the child or children. Remember, Children come from every belief system, have all kinds of experiences you may not, and its important for them to be able to express these individualities so that they get feed back and can grow from that feedback, while at your home. Its very important to stay positive and provide TLC for the foster child and you may change a child's life for the better!
To get the most accurate details on applying for a foster care license, contact your local social services office. There usually is a background check and home inspection and you will be monitored by the state as long as you carry the license. Every state has their own laws but usually two parents are looked for when applying for a foster care home license.

Looking to File a lawsuit, here is some helpful info!

To all of you whom are thinking of suing, or are being sued, I have some personal information for you. I have been sued, and I have sued, and what I have found is, just because you initiate a case against someone, this doesn't mean you're in the right or you will win! Regarding Civil matters: Attorneys seem to try to take advantage of people, that are, " desperate" in trying to find a way to get money, property, or some kind of liquid reward, these people usually want it all. Attorneys usually require, for litigation, a hefty fee, retainer, to start the case and forget to tell you that the fees will keep adding up on top of the initial fees as the case goes on. Most, civil cases take a year or many years or until one, or both of the parties give in, because of time and money. Some attorneys will try to sue for any and every idea possible. I, " have witnessed first hand", an attorney filing a contradictory summons or complaint, in order to as I call it, "Grasping at straws" so that the Plaintiff, thinks he has a chance at getting what," he wants",( otherwise there would be no case) but also throws in the complaint the actual reality of what will most likely happen or , "worse case scenario" as considered by the plaintiff. I find this very interesting that attorneys can contradict a complaint, like for example: say where the case is over dispute of property, first complain in the Summons, that the defendant, " is not an owner" then, in another part of the Summons or Complaint, complain the defendant , "is an owner". The purpose of this , "contradictory complaint" was to trick the Plaintiff into thinking he has has a case or chance at what he wants, which was in this case, "The house solely". The attorney takes advantage of the Plaintiff because he knows the Plaintiff is desperate and has money. In the mean time the attorney piles on the fees to the Plaintiff because the case just drags on for many months, even many years. The Plaintiff and the defendant, can both suffer from this kind of suit, and whom ever is in the most liable and responsible situation will suffer the most loss. If, you don't have a lot of money or make very little money, and you need to sue a person over $5,000, you will have to file with Civil Court. In Civil Court you will have to jump through a whole bunch of hurdles and laws that govern this part of the judicial system and it is recommended that you retain an attorney. Most importantly talk to as many, not just some, attorneys before you, "initiate or defend yourself, against a complaint. Make sure you have a case! If you already have been served and your time to respond is almost up, and you need more time file a, "Motion for Extension of Time", this is just a written request for more time, and to do this you just go to the court house, to the law library they will help you get the document you need to file. Then you need to set a date for a hearing for your motion to be heard by the judge. You just call the Judges secretary assigned to your case and they will advise you on what you need to do. If you need to sue for under $5,000 and don't think you can afford to start the suit, check with the courthouse there is usually some kind of payment plan available and your approved in 5 min after submitting the paperwork, which takes 5 minutes to fill out. You usually can choose your monthly payment amount with the payment plan. This is a smart and conventional way to sue to get the monies owed to you in a small claims case. You can also do the payment plan when you are suing for more than $5000 but this part of of the court system is usually a lengthy process and a lot of legalities are involved which become very costly. Set your own pretrial conference in a small claims suit, you don't have to leave it up to the judge; attorneys do this all the time. If you are suing make sure that you have a legal basis, talk to an attorney I recommend Pre paid Legal because you can call them as much as you want for $26 a month and ask as many questions as you want and you can request to speak with another attorney on the same subject in the firm. The first month there is a set up fee of $10 on top of the $26 but you can't beat the access to unlimited attorney advice for the price and the most important thing, " you can cancel at any time". If you call a random attorney for a consultation they want around $75 or more for a consultation fee in most cases and believe me I know first hand how expensive just the consultation can be. Just because you sign a contract with an attorney doesn't mean that they can take advantage of you. If an attorney has done you wrong please report that person, each state should have a service that will try to mediate the problem for you. Contact the state bar association!

Watch out for the 30 day money back guarentee!

In the past six months I have been experimenting with the online webstores and get rich schemes. I have found that most of them do not work and some of them offer a money back guarentee and do not abide by that guarentee. Two of them are: Dropshipping Wholesalers and http://www.moneybank.com/. Please dont give your monies to them as they are both not in the honesty business and figure they can get away with it since suing them would cost more money then you paid them. If you find yourself in this position please contact the FTC at: http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/cmplanding.shtm. This link takes you right to the form you download to submit your complaint. Its very important you do your part and report this kind of fraudulent activity. In the past six months I have also recieved my money back from sites such as: the apple patch diet, and glycolic30.com. Its nice to know that there are still companies out there that try to do the right thing! Sincerely Missy White, a single mother!

What you need to know about Deeds and Quit Claim Deeds and the Law!

Have you ever been in a legal battle in a civil matter? I have and what I have found is that the system is unjust and unethical as well as an easy escape to criminals and people who are in the wrong. I had a situation where a Deed was not properly noterized by the notary, the person who was signing the Deed, to give me ownership in property, asked the notary, because he was in another location at the time and was busy with work, if the notary could email the document to him he would sign the document and return the document by mail. The notary told me he could notarized the Deed this way and that it was legal. About a year and half later, I was served papers by the person who gave me Title, claiming Fraud and Forgery and partition of property. I had many documents and papers to suggest otherwise including the envelope, Durable Power of Attorney emails, ect. What I came to find out is that the Law said," the Deed needed to be signed in front of the Notary to be a valid Deed". The party who was suing me, also sued the notary and settled out of court for a small cash value. I found this interesting because I was the one with the loss, even though the document was signed in GOOD FAITH the courts where going to determine this a invalid Deed. I find this very unjust and a big joke that a person can willingly sign a Deed admit to it and the Deed is invalid. This meant I would loose my right and half ownership of the property. The attorneys covered up the part of the Plaintiffs Complaint, where its claims," Fraud and Forgery" by having the other party claim, " in his deposition, that," he never read through his own Complaint, and didnt know what was he was charging me with". This is so I cannot go back and sue the Plaintiff for the Bogus Claims. This idea should be outlawed there was alot of hanky Panky going on in the depositions, like in the Plaintiffs deposition he would answer my attorney's questions one way, and then his attorney would ask the same questions and the Plaintiff would answer the question opposite. This all was being recorded I believe it to be a conspiracy. The Plaintiff and I settled out of court because proceeding would not benefit either of us and as far as the notary is concerned he believes its not his fault about his not properly notarizing the Deed, and is trying to blame his actions on me which,I found very funny I am still in the process of suing him for malpractice. The moral of the story is during any transaction being a car, house, money or jewlry make sure you speak with an attorney so that they can advise you on how to accept the gift so that its recorded. If you dont have much money try prepaid legal services a $26 a month fee covers everyone in your household and at you can make as many phone calls to them about any subject, depending on your membership, you want. I have used them and they are full of good information.

WHAT? A C-SECTION?

In September 2005, I found out that I was going to be a new mother. I was prepared to give birth naturally, this was something I was anticipating. I was over 30 and I felt the experience would move me to another level of women hood, Like a catipillar turning into a butterfly". I was going to grasp the moment. As I got closer to my due date the baby was growing, " off the charts". He had not dropped and was still up high and causing my little frame alot of stress. My doctor brought up the idea that I may have to have a C-Section. This scared me I felt like I wasnt going to be able to understand the whole," women giving birth thing", that I would loose the possible connection with the reality of what makes me a women. I wanted to cry. I dont believe in surgery unless its necessary especially, major surgery. Most of my girlfriends had C-Sections and they are 15 to 20 years older than me. They all say good things about there experience of a C-Section, I guess to make me feel better about it. I was going to hold out a week or two to see if the baby would drop, but I had gained over 60 pounds and I really couldnt get around very well by myself. I needed to make a decision that was good for me and my situation. I went forward with the C-Section and little did I know I would be out of commission for a couple of months. I had to have someone help me get around, I had to work from home and I had to becareful about lifting and carrying heavy things over five pounds for many months. I want to say, "Thank goodness" for those people around me that helped me out during that time. Its been over a year now and I still have some problems with pain in my abdomen, I think its after lifting or carrying over 20 pounds at one time. Well however, I thought it would be, I made a decision, I have no regrets, and my son is healthy, smart, and beautiful, and that alone was worth the surgery.
